I booked a Contiki holiday and paid with my Discovery Credit Card for the Discovery Vitality status cash back benefit. I paid the amount in full end of January. I have returned from that vacation and have still not received the cash back - after I was told that the cash back would reflect within the next 7 working days - three weeks ago. Cash back is supposed to reflect within 4 to 6 weeks after final payment received. It's now been 11 weeks. Discovery Card did not even bother replying on my last enquiry - made on Monday this week. I would just like to know how many cases there are that people don't even check if they had received their cash back on this benefit. Irritates me that one must always FIGHT for what is promised as a standard service. I am STILL awaiting an explanation on this...
