No benefit received

In the past month, I suddenly don't get my Smartshopper multiplier points, my Healthyfood benefit, my Discovery miles, or cash back from qualifying partners. My first call in this regard (specifically healthy food benefit), was logged over 3 weeks ago. I spoke to Discovery this morning, and they have a "system problem", and have no idea when this will be resolved. I find this very frustrating.
