ABSA BANK IS A RIP OFF

I just went to Absa and requested for bank statements as requested by SARS and my accountant from jan 2008 to july 2010 and they said i have to pay for the statements guess how much R1152.00!!! for statements??? i asked cant they email it to me rather they said Yes but it will be the same amount. how rediciluos is this???
