So Outsurance punishes their existing business or ex clients who are not entitled to free emergency services through their new app as promised by them.
I had household cover for many years with them. I didn't have a need for it anymore so I cancelled it in 2008 but kept a number of things covered under Business Cover. But no, that disqualifies me from getting the free call-out for a plumber because I am an ex client and in addition to that I also should not be a Business Cover client. That disqualifies me from getting a free household emergency call-out via their app. Even Lezanne the Call Centre agent found that strange & offered to speak to her manager & get back to me. She called back after speaking to her manager who apparently said "their is no way that you can make use of the free call-out".
Now you can take your free call-out & put it where the sun doesn't shine while I move my Business Cover to some other company & leave you to carry on bribing non-existing clients to get their business while your existing clients leave. Very stupid business model I must say, pocking holes in your own bucket. You just lost my household cover which I wanted to resume as well.
