On the 11th of May I tried to make a deposit into my own account at the ATM. The machine said there was a cash jam and I was given a slip as proof. I reported the matter at the branch and was told to wait six working days. (Reffrence Number 53167733) Its been 12 days with absolutly no money or response from Standard Bank. I went to the bank this morning to enquire about the whole situasion and was told with all honesty by the teller that nothing was done about my problem. She spoke to her manager, promised to follow-up and keep me informed. As you can imagine I'm not happy, cause' like most people I do have bills to pay and would have like this matter to have been resolved a long time ago.
