PLEASE allocate my EFT payment made

To date Wonga was very helpfull and dedicated. I have changed my banking details and could not change it at all for the debit order to go through my new account for the payment of my current loan. I have received pleanty of emails and sms's informing me that my loan is overdue and I need to settle the loan. I contact the call centre a few times in order to get their banking details, finally exceeded and did an EFT transfer. Now I am a bit concerned I have paid the outstanding amount of R 3, 156.00 but it is a week later and my payment haven't been allocated yet. When I log into my account it still shows outstanding and the amount owing is more that what I have paid. PLEASE could someone look into this! I don't want my credit record to be affected by this.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
