UNSATISSFACTORY HANDLING OF QUERY

The above ref numbers has refernce to:

On Saturday 02/03/2013, was trying to pay one of my internet beneficiaries at an atm by cash, in front of Wonderpark branch

The atm promted me to put the cash in which i did R3600.00

The cash went in and i got a slip code 0047, the information slip reads "we cannot process your transactiondue to a technical problem.

I have since called into the bank and spoken to the following people without any resolution to my problem

Dini Netnoy, Felicia Mtaka, Thandi Sebola, Priscilla and Lenko Gafane on 086123000

I also spoke to Amanda and Collen on 0860 101341.

On the 9th of March seeing that the matter was not being attended to i went into the Wonderpak branch wherein i was told that the query will be resolved in 6 business days, some turnaround time, spoken to Lerato.

Its almost a month now and i have not been refunded money that was swallowed by your atm.
