Refused credit but credit clea

Hello Peter

I recently applied for Vehicle Finance from FNB - online. They did not approve my application even though I am credit clear and have banked with them for over a decade.

The feedback was that I do not have a credit record. How so when I have a Standard Bank credit card, a bond and a short-term loan at Capitec. All the credit facilities I have, have been serviced well.

I am baffled. Somebody needs to give me proper feedback to make me understand why
