Still Awaiting My Refund

I went to Standard Bank Rivonia on 2 December 2013 to make a cash deposit into my account to pay my bills. the ATM outside the branch then swallowed some of the money I had and the rest came back. I quickly ran into the branch to report this matter. A lady by the name of Rosemary assisted and asked me to deposit the 2 200 that came back inside the branch but failed to do follow up with auto bank. She told me people that deal with the Auto bank machines were another company, they couldn't do anything accept log a call to Autobank. She said the process would normally take 3-5 working days, I waited and no deposit was done. I then called std bank and I was told that the call was closed due to wrong info given by the branch. I probably now logged 5 calls and keep getting the same story that this matter will be resolved or there was an error when call was logged. I am getting a bit frustrated. My accounts are in areas because of Standard bank. I want my money back with the interest charges paid back. They are lacking service. I used to trust Std Bank, but now their service is becoming very poor.
