I sent our messenger Ishmael Mohlala to transact a cash deposit in the amount of R3 000 yesterday at 13h30 (30 August 2013). He tried to transact at AUTOBANK E131 at Standard Bank Sandton City branch - the machine did not reflect a cash deposit of R2 000. He then went into the branch and deposited R1 000. A teller (unknown) gave him handwritten confirmation in red ink of R2 000 with reference number: 548 315 96 as proof that the money had been deposited. Apparently he was told that it would take 4 days to rectify the problem. I have only received notification of R1 000 cash deposit on my cellphone via sms but NOT the R2 000 deposit. Please attend to rectification of same immediately and notify me as soon as possible.
