On the 11 March 2013 I closed my account with RCS. After all payments Bank statements and copy of ID was received by RCS they eventual send me a mail on 4 April 2013 confirming that they closed my account. Today 22 May 2013 I received a statement from RCS of a balance of R2-71. My account still not closed. What must a guy do to get an account closed?
