NOT UPDATING INFORMATION

I have been trying to get my ITC profile updated, since the 8th March 2013. my african bank payment profile shows my full balance is still outstanding and that i have not pd my accout for 9 months. however this is untrue. i have been paying every month for the past 2yrs and have settled in full on the 8th March 2013. African bank has also been sending updates and requests to itc for this to be updated but all i get when i phone is that they have not recieved such a request. i have faxed them my proof of payment and pd up letter already as well.
i have received the email address they are using to confirm pd up status from african bank which is [Email Removed] and african bank says this email address does not exist? surely such a well established company should have the proper information to avoid such catastrophic delays!! this is causing so much problems in my life! i need my status to be updated immediately and for them to have a look at their means of communication, becuase if they not getting each others emails or requests there is a serious problem that needs to be sorted. they are messing with peoples lives, the whole credit granting system depends onit
