Good day, The 08/04/2013 I spoke to Bridget Setlhako when I called The Flemix and Asscociates call centre previously know as Coombe and Associates. She then told me that she will forward my query to a consultant who will look into the matter. The query was sent to Trisha Naiker in Durban. Trisha responded o my email address which is [Email Removed] on the 08th of April 2013 and told me that the matter has been escalated. I called her a week later on the number 0312028443 there was no answer I then called 2 weeks after and her secretary answered and told me that she will pass the message. Trisha never called me back and I had to call back she then told me that the matter it's still being look at. Today is the 22nd May 2013 and I called her and she told me that she is still waiting for feedback and she told me that I can take it up with Nedbank if I want to. I am saddened about the treatment I have been given and the issue it's taking 2 months to be resolved.
