I have been trying for 8 weeks now to get my money that has been paid out to me. BUT it was not paid into my bank account, when i enquired about it... they say that my bank details was not correct, and that i needed to send them a copy of my bank number, they didn'tput in all the correct numbers. Its been every week that I call them and ask what now!!! every time there is an excuse every time i call. I'v been using almost an R500 bill on calls, they don't call u back, u have to beg for your money.
Today, after they said that they got all the copies that I had to send to them now for the 6s time and in 3 days i will get my money that was processed long time ago already, they told me that they need the original of the certified documents that I faxed to them. I have never experienced this at any other pension company. They don't want to pay out my money. I have to send a registered mail to them with originals which Am-path was suppose to send to them. Why do nurses have to beg for their money, I think that there should be an investigation into this matters, why do they have so many excuses. HELP ME
