We were playing on the bid and buy and then suddenly we won a camera. I had to pay R48 for it. so I oped my Vista on my bank account so that they can deduct the money. Then I had to pay shipping fees also which cane to a total of R79. After we paid for the camera and extra R779 rand went off my account. I tried to close my banking details and delete it from the sight but there was no option. I transferred the rest of my money into another account. But 2 days later another R488 went from my account where there was no money to withdrawn in. It put me into a minus in my account which I cant even be because i don't have an overdraft account. I had to close my bank account for them to prevent them from taking any money further unauthorize.
I send a mail to Wippy asking to refund my money which they refuse. They are only willing to refund the camera money but not the rest. Only to take all my money and not to send my my camera. They cant send my camera's money back for I have closed my account. They cant send me the camera for they need documents from my bank for a credit card which I don't even have. I had a normal cheque account. So I paid R1350 for not receiving my camera.
