I am not surprised to see the number of complaints being made about AForbes Financial Services. I wish I knew how much money I've spent on airtime calling the call centre, only to be asked to send in the same documents over and over again. On Monday, I was told that my money would be 'released' by the end of the week. Today, I called and the call centre agent actually told me point blank that he is not sure where the documents are or who might have them. I named the people I sent them to, but he asked me to send them in again anyway! This time to a 'team leader'. It seems like a shambles over there.
