Free Vehicle Concierge Service a gimmick

I qualify for FNB's Free Vehicle Concierge Service.

At first I tried calling the number on the website for several days and it just rang. I finally emailed fnb and received a call back two days later from an enthusiastic consultant who guaranteed me that in two days he would have a list of vehicles I was interested in at very competitive prices because of the FNB dealer network.

I never received the list.

I contacted my premier banker and made a vehicle application (I was told I would need this by the concierge agent) and I was approved. I forwarded the mail to the concierge service and waited a few days, no response.

I called my premier banker once again and complained and she said she would sort it out. I then received an email from Vehicle finance asking me for the quotation I received from the dealer. I replied and said the concierge service hadn't provided me a quotation and never received feedback again. The same day I told my premier banker that vehicle finance had contacted me and not the concierge service and still absolutely nothing has been done.

Great gimmick FNB!
