Worst Customer Service

Long story short. I work for American company. They send my salary to Standard Bank, month of April no problem at all. The 2 month my salary went throw on the 14 and again 24 April. Nothing shows up in my account. So I start doing investigation were is my money. I phoned 17 number that I got from the employees, and 9 of them does not even exist any more. NOTE PHONING FROM THE USA R12/MIN
After getting transfer and disconnect the whole time after spending 3 and a half hours (R2500) at that time. I finally got to the right person. And just got told sorry they going to send the money only back today, BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT BELONGS TO SOME ONE ELS. OK if you enter a beneficiaries details in and it work the first time how does it change by it self the next time. And to told I phone you tomorrow. Still no answer still don't know where is my money! I talk to the branch manager on the phone (Candice) and was promised she will follow up and send me an email today before they leave at 15:30pm.
1. So why do they keep the money so long before sending it back if it was wrong?? Did someone want to steel my money.2. Have not got an email ever since! I don't trust this Bank...
