Bad Service / Slow Rensponce

3 weeks ago I applied for a pay off from my investments, I was then told it will take 3 days, it has been 3 weeks now and every week I am given the run around and communicate with the PA and not the banker herself, I supplied all the documents required and asked if there is ANYTHING else I need to do to ensure that this goes as requested, I was told all is in order but have now been told to contact the call center for further queries as the bank statement I provided as proof of an active bank account in my name for the payout need to be stamped by the bank, when I sent them a bank statement that I get mailed by the bank.

it's taken them a week to come back to me and not with good news but another run around, I need somebody who knows what they are doing to assit me and get all this sorted as the next step is moving to another investment company.
