Horrible service

Friday 17May I called iwyze to confirm that my car will be in on monday at the panel beaters. My courtesy car is to be booked for monday. Monday morning I take my car in and I call iwyze so they can send the courtesy car. Nomsa tells me no car has been booked for me and she is gonna get to it. This is round 11o'clock. So I'm waiting at the panel beaters for the car to arrive. Its 15h00 I call insurance again, I now speak to moses who tells me no car has been booked still, clearly I'm not happy. He tells me he is now gonna book the car. 16h00 comes I'm still waiting. I call insurance, even the people at the panel beaters are calling while I'm calling. Car is still not booked, I get tossed between yumna, kelebogile, moses and nomsa. The penal beaters are closing 17:00 I get told a car is being organised from hatfield and will be there in 15min. Another lie. I spent the whole day there no food and being to the whole day. Until it was closing time and I drove back home with my car and moses assured me my the car wud be delivered to me in 8am. 8am penal beaters call so they can pick up my car, I call nsurance says the car was booked to be delivered @ 9am. Worst service ever.
