Poor service, communication and repairs

Since November 2012 till to date (11/09/13) I m still after still after Iwyze Insurance to fix my car correctly. The car was involved in hale and it has been to two penal beater more than three time and still not properly repaired in state it is even damaged worse. What surprise me is that in all the cases were my car has been to the penal beaters Iwyze assessors have been approving that the work is done correctly even though is not. After all when I show him that he has approved poor work he agrees to take the car back.

Now is almost a year since I lodged a complain with Iwyze but my claim is still open yet they have increased my insurance premium and I still pay them monthly for something they haven't done on my car. Their communication is poor when I call them they always make me hold on for ever. Now I want them to tell me is this the best service they are talk about? For dealing on a claim for a year and still increase premiums for bad service that they provided me, for paying penal beaters for poor work do on my car, for appointing assessors who don't know what they are doing and for making sure that my new car can look old now.
