Frustrating and bad service

I had a car accident on the 12th of February 2013, then called Iwyze my insurance and the assisted by towing the car and got the rented car, and I only have 30 days to have it. So I got a call three days later from the assessor to let me know about the status of my car, then I had to make the follow up calls for my car with iwyze to find out when and where my car is going robe fixed and found out a week later that it is not the panel beaters yet, I called and they told me they still waiting for the authorization I called in a week after and the consultant said the car is at the panel beaters I then call the panel beaters the car was not there and got there four days after I was calling everyday and what makes me Mad isi had to make calls for feed back and that is two weeks they had the car already. Now money gets taken from my account by Europ car without my permission, as the 30 days have expired and my car is not back, I called and sent emails to Dumisani he responded once and told be that he submitted my query to management till to today I have not received any calls from them just being called by the rented car company wanting their car. What do I need to do now? HELP.
