Claim/repairs no word since assesed on 14 Jan

Our vehicle was hit in the rear on route to the Drakensburg on 6 Jan. I filed an online claim on 7 Jan. On 9 Jan I phoned and was assisted by Moses who said the online claim had not been received. The car was assessed on 14 Jan and that's the last I have heard.

iWyze consultants refer or put me through me to Durban Panel Beaters who never phone back. Below is the email to Iwyze on Friday the 24th. Still no reply. Perhaps I am better off suing the other driver and recovering the repair costs myself.

":... I am trying to find out what is the status of this claim. I have had no communication from yourselves. I was told on 17 Jan that it was approved when I phoned and that I would be advised further. For the past three days I have left messages for Louise at Durban Panel Beaters in Pinetown to phone me. Yesterday I was told by one of your consultants that they would check and get back to me. Are these the only approved repairers you use? The lack of service / feedback is shocking. If they can't even return a call how can I expect them to repair the car? Can I please have the details of another company you use to take the car into for repairs. I await your reply. Malcolm "
