Bending over backwards is a lie!!!

About 3 - 4 weeks ago i phoned outsurance for a quotation to insurance my vehicle, today it is the 20th of May and i am still waiting feedback from them. I sent an sms to them on the Friday, they phoned me on the Tuesday to find out if i`ve been helped, i said no so they helped me, by telling me they will phone me back, two days no call. So i phoned back, i spoke to a lady, she took all my details and told me she needs to speak to a supervisor and she will get back to me, well that was 3 - weeks ago, i`m still waiting for there phone. That`s terrible service, i will never apply with them. NEVER!!!
