I registered a claim last year with outsurance for my dads vehcile and every time i had to phone outsurance for the status of the claim i even had to phone the assessor myself they book the vehcile in wineburg and we stay in the east rand i spoke to the assesor Gregory and he assited me to change the authorisation to the east rand then i had to phone in Jan again to find out if the claim had been Authorised and with which panel beaters. i also had to phone the panelbeater to find out if the auth had been sent to them and if they will phone my dad to bring the vehcile in for repairs. until today no one at outsurance or the panelbeater phoned us to regarding the claim i did phone the panelbeater to find out what is going on my dad now went to the panelbeater to check which parts has to be order to fix his vehicle. i really think outsurance must take that add of that they will bend backwards for the customers because that is not the case i will really never go back to them again i am busy looking for other insurance because this is not going to work for me.
