A few weeks ago I contacted Zurich and explained to Portia Bennett my problem. I made it quite clear that I am not a client of theirs, but she decided to take my details and promised to phone me back. A few days later, to my surprise she phoned to tell me that she had managed to solve my problem. Against all odds, she really went the extra mile for me and I am most thankful to her. What great attitude! I hope that her manager, Belinda Botes would be most proud of her. I would definitely recommend Zurich to my family and friends.
