Still trying to get a claim resolved from last year! If you ask to speak to a manager they refuse to and let you speak to a team leader who are just as useless. Leanne Clarke was the last person I spoke to regarding this who was quite shirty with me telling me that the quotation I sent through (sent on 03April and again on May 6) was not sent to the assessor, but she has now sent it and will get back to me the following day (May 29!) I am still waiting - yet again! This has been going on for months and months and it's not the only claim I've had problems with in the past few months. What in the world has happened to Outsurance? I've been with you for years and your service is now simply appalling!! I think it is time to take my business elsewhere.
