IS THIS BENDING OVER BACKWARDS FOR YOUR CLIENTS?

Good day

Firstly I was misinformed by an agent at Outsurance that I can call to reinstate my policy when I am financially able and seems like she did not make any note about this on my records?? :-((

I then recently contacted OUtsurance to reinstate my car insurance with them and still waiting for them to bend over backwards for me.
For the past 3 weeks I have been waiting for positive feedback. The 1st time I called I was promised feedback within 24hours, but nothing. When I called back the next day I was told that my query was not even logged on the system and once again would receive feedback. After the 2nd call and no feedback I called again and this time Natasha assisted me and referred my query to Rowena who was supposed to get back to me since 22 March but to date she still has not made any contact with me.

This is totally unacceptable service whether I am an old or new client. THey promise to bend over backwards for their clients, so if this is their way of bending over backwards then I don't know...
