Poor service no bending backwards

On the 5 Feb my car was broken into and rear window was broken. Two weeks later still not repaired, no follow up from Outsurance. I have to follow up with their chosen service providers. Called Outsurnce on the 8 th spoken to Supervisor who told me they waiting for a reply from supplier and would phone me back on the Monday as they cannot tell me when the vehicle would be repaired. I asked them to reply on Saturday which it was not possible. Just wondered, does Outsurance and their service providers not work on Saturdays? Asked if they then expect me do be without my car for a further 3 days, all I could get was "yes"
Now 2weeks later my car is still not repaired, have not heard or had any follow up from Outsurance, nor the so called phone call on last week Monday

OUTSURANCE HAVE NO IDEA OF SERViCE NEVER MIND BENDING BACKWARD. I will make the effort to find alternative insurance and assure you I WAS A CUSTOMER. O by the way PG Glass called they do have the part in Bloemfontein but will take 5 days to get to JHB. Must be coming up by Horse Back, although even that would be faster. NOW THAT IS BENDING BACKWARDS in Outsurance terms
