African Bank up to NO good

I visited the branch in Montague Gardens as I was offered an increase on my card which I accepted. Issue is that 2 weeks prior to this I received a call from African Bank offering me an increase on my credit card, the agent did a quotation over the phone with me and approved an increase of R7000 for an extra amount of R77 per month, I was more than happy with this and took all documents to the branch where they were supposed to just confirm this. When I got there I dealt with Corey (spelling) and he advised me that he will cancel the deal that agent is offering and re apply, I said o.k as I was not sure as to why he was doing this my intention was that I had to just take my required documents to the branch to close the deal as they explained over the phone. I then refused the offer which he gave me and called African bank, they advised me that he had to not cancel the deal. Anyways I returned to the bank on the 07th May 13 and he offered me only a R3000 increase on my card which I have accepted, now its 1 week and 2 days and I am still not able to use my card as he has not submitted the documents. I am extremely livid as they have waisted my time timeously.
