I've dialed *130*49494# filled in all required info always get sms after that saying 'your limit increase offer available please dial *130*49494# to accept your offer' I do it then I see message additional info required I went to bank, they tell me I'm being offered another loan, which is something I don't want.
When I email african bank with my query a consultant calls me only to do an application they do at bank, why can't I be helped with my issue of a limit increase I'm sure it has its own program!
I'm going in circles, what should I do take it up futher or what.
I'm very dissapointed and hurt by the service I'm receiving from african bank.
African bank does not keep up to their philosophy.
I want my limit increase sorted out!
