NO RESPONSE TO CREDIT REQUEST

My subscription was deducted twice, no one seems to understand, have sent copy of my bank statement and NO ONE including their Legal dept has not had the common decency to reply to my query..I find this type of service unacceptable. This has been going on since the 18 April 2013
