It has been a over month now trying to have my cellphone number removed from their systems and all my requests have fallen on deaf ears!!! Somehow every single credit card that needs to be deliverd by FNB or CCD couriers has my number. I am receiving dozens of calls and text messages on a daily basis about credit cards that need to be delivered that belong to other people. Every single time I have to explain myself to a consultant that it is not my credit card nad they always promise to remove my number. I called CCD couriers and spoke to Nomfundo Tshabalala, who took down all the reference numbers that were sent to me and promised to remove my number. She refused to transfer me to her manager who is Thembi Make and Tumi Mohapela. They were supposed to contact me back but that never happned and the calls and text messages continued... I then contacted FNB credit card division and spoke to Lemo who also promised to escalate the matter and I will receive feedback, that has never happened. Could someone from FNB and CCD couriers, please have this resolved as a matter of urgency!
