Lack of service from Outsurance

In the last two months from the day of my car accident 19th of MArch 2013 until today I've received the worst service from Outsurance. My Vehicle was booked in for repairs at Precision Repair Centre in Centurion on the 26th of March 2013 and since then the vehicle is still not ready to be handed over to me, as of taoday the 16th of May 2013.

In the same period I have spent more time calling outsurance and enquiring about my vehicle instead of getting regular progress reports from them or the service provider repairing my vehicle. This is totally unacceptable, as a reputable established company, your customers should not be subjected to this poor and lack of service.
