On Sunday last week I vacated my shop & had my brother packing up & removing valuables out of my shop including the merchant machine. I returned on Tuesday evening to JHB from Musina & was contacted by Siyabulela on Monday morning to advise me that activities took place on my merchant machine to my great surprize as I was not even in JHB.I then gave him the details of my brother. I never heard from him since the event happened. I have been co-operatively dealing with the lady that installed my merchant machine at the shop she told me that of all the amounts that were attempted on the machine R4500 went through & it will be debited off my account. I ofcourse said thats fine as I had no intentions of spending or taking money thats not mine. I even suggested to do a transfer back into capitecs bank account as soon as it comes through. To my suprize by Thursday last week the money hadnt been debited.only to find out the reason is that Siyabulela decided to tell absa to PUT A COMPLETE HOLD on my account pending investigation, what investigation as all that needs to happen is for myaccount to be debited & my life to carry on, he keeps telling me he doesnt know when the hold will be lifted.
