Bad service from FNB business and credit card dep

I have a credit card machine with FNB. It was installed 4 weeks ago. After installation I applied for manual entry. It was declined... I still don't know why!

I own a tour company that takes foreign people on tour in South Africa. My credit card machine is useless without manual entry. I receive payment 60 days before my guests arrive in South Africa.

After various attempts I reached the responsible person I finally found Elmarie Naude.
I sent Ms E Naude all the information and after a week she got back to me and promised she will sort out the problem before the end of the day. It is a week later and no information!

I have tried to make contact with Ms E Naude and Ms V Ndzena various times and they never returned my calls or my emails.

I expected more from FNB. Their service was below average to say the least!

I applies for a Capitec credit card machine on Tuesday. 2 days later I have my new credit card machine with manual entry installed the works!

Sorry FNB but you can learn something from Capitec in this department!!
