On Sunday 12 May 2013 we had a break-in at our home. I called my broker on Monday morning to report it, and 5 minutes later received a call from Amos at Momentum STI. He quickly took down all my details and filed the claim. While I was still on the phone with him I received an sms to say that they were busy with my claim. On Wednesday, 15 May, I received a call to say that I can go and replace the items.
He was very helpful the entire time, and I am so impressed with how quickly they sorted my claim. I am very happy with the overall services at Momentum, and would advise anyone to go with them for insurance.
