I think that Momentum should change there voice message from "we are extremely busy" to "we have not made proper allowance for, or given enough consideration to the nature of the industry we are in, answering calls, or considered what is most important to the client - service', and a call centre you can get hold of quickly". I was phoning to cancel my insurance, and I am glad now, that I am. I am writing this because I feel I may get hold of someone quicker than holding on for their call centre. Please call me!
