I would like to start off by saying that Momentum is a rip off and will advise anyone to rather not take up any insurance with them as they don't care about their customers as I have been given the run around for the past two months for my claim. In December 2013 my geyser at home burst and I logged a claim immediately, being my first claim with them I was more than patient when they informed me that they would attend to this the very next day. I was informed that a subcontractor called Fix 24 would be attending to the replacement of the geyser and other water damage to my ceiling, the entire day went by without any correspondence from their so called subcontract.By this time I was rather upset about the entire situation as I called the subcontract and couldn't get any answers from them. I was eventually contact by Fix 24 (Mpho) and Momentum stating that this will not even be attended to today, making me even more furious about the situation. They were told that this is unacceptable and I will not stand for it, they need to sort this out now (6 or 7pm). They told me that they will source another contract that will attend to the geyser but will only be at my place at 11pm??? How r
