No Samsung Galaxy S4

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy S4 the morning that it launched. I received an SMS that my order is with the delivery company and will be processed. I didn't hear anything for a week until I had to phone FNB. About two days later I received an SMS that there is no stock available and FNB can't tell me when they will be receiving stock.
1) How can you create the impression that there is stock
2) How were the phones allocated as I had ordered mine within an hour of it being launched on the website. I would hope it was First In First Out! The inventory people at FNB needs to go for training on how and when to order stock.
3) Your communication is pathetic - your people don't know anything and then people must just be happy with an SMS that is sent to them. Plus it would have been great to actually see if there is availability on the FNB site before ordering!
