I opened an account at ABSA when it was still known as TRust Bank and so opened another savings account two personal loans. So I applied for a top up and the consultant phones me, it has been declined due to a debit order. She then tells me she has checked my statement and she can see that I have more exspenses then mentioned and that I had a loan in march where she can see that I did shopping at Makro etc. That the top up i have applied for is reckless lending!!! Who does ABSA bank think they are, I have given them consent to check my status at Credit Buero and that I am not interested in marketing NOT TO GO INTO MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT!!! I am changing my accounts at ABSA, someone in the management department at ABsa must phone me 073 789 5809
