Poor service

I had a stop order and after a month i went ot branch and cancelled it i was certain that it was cancelled but to my surprise it was not cancelled because on 16th /05/2013 someone had depositedR2000 into my account for my personal use to only find out that the available balance was R900 instead of R2000 i was told that R1115 was deducted because i made a stop order .what amaze me is that i had cancelled it two months ago.then they told me that i will get my money back after seven days and that was very inconviniencing because i needed the money urgently .im also think to close the account .i did'nt expect such a very poor sevice form them .it
