I wasted 30min of my life i will never get back with a trainee call center agent that was emotionally so upset that they were R1000 more expensive than my current insurer that he couldn't end the call quick and rude enough. No mention made of the R400 promise, but hey i had to pay for the sms and waste my time to see that Outsurance is a bunch of frauds that just want to boost their call volumes.
I bet i will get one of those corporate BS responses and nothing will happen cause they are just too big to give a about the individual.
