At the beginning of March I contacted callsure because my cell had accidentally been water damaged. They told me it would be collected and then they'd contact me with a way forward. On the 20/03 I contacted their call center inquiring as to why the phone had not as yet been collected and i was told it's because i hadn't yet paid my excess upfront which no one had mentioned in my initial call. My access was paid on the 20/03 and to date i am still to receive my cellphone after numerous calls to the call center. Eventually i asked to speak to a supervisor being George who assured me my phone would be delivered last Friday 03/05. I have since been calling the office and he is never in. I asked to speak to his superior Natasha who is never available and have left 2 separate messages over 2 days and still no joy. How can it possibly take so long to resolve a cellphone repair/replacement!
