In May this year I claimed for a problem with my wooden floors which are damaged. I explained that when I bought the house I had no way of knowing this problem as the floor was carpeted. It was only when I removed the carpet that I realised that the floor had holes on it.
There was no response to my claim. When I finally called the insurance I was informed that it was not approved because I do not state the cause for the damage. I do not know the cause for the damage as I did not even know there was a damage.
