On the 23 of April I had a accident with my phone. I lock a call CAL 030508 with call sure. I did the axes payment on the 25 of April and sent the proof through. After a day or so when I called them I hurt that a copy of my id was not there. So for the next two days I struggle to fax the info to them there was never answer. I even try to send a email and that also did not got through. I got hold of George the supervisor and he gave me his mail address this was on Thursday 2 May at 08:40. According to him that was all he needed so he will sent someone to collect the phone. They only collected the phone on Monday afternoon 6 May at 13:24. When I call the next day they said it will take 48 hours to tell if they are going to repair or replace the phone. I gave them time till Friday and call again. After I long wait and hard words from my side Emanuel told me they received a letter that the phone is beyond repair so they will put a order out two replace the phone and will come and deliver it. When I call on Monday they siad it will be deliverd. when my son call they said this afternoon 14 may. then George call me and said they will deliver it tomorrow by 15:00. That i want to see. Help
