Twelve phonecalls to Call Center and still no help

My phone was collected for repairs on 2 Jan for a cracked screen. I was assured that it would take between 2-4 working days to fix. After numerous phonecalls I received my phone back on the 17th Jan, where the phone was unable to charge. My phone was collected for a second time on the 18th Jan, battery flat as it was unable to charge. I did a complete wipe on my phone before sending it in.

I was told the phone is irreparable and will be replaced by latest 04 Jan.
It is the 6th Jan and I still don't have my phone.
There is a picture of a man on my whatsapp profile who was online this weekend.

Nobody can tell me who is using my phone.
I was promised delivery today.

I have made numerous phonecalls and am supplied with a different story each time.

I do not know what to do anymore.
