System issues blatantly negligent at my expense

Debit transactions for swipe purchases did as early as the start of the month is being processed again and funds removed from my account. I just called the very unhelpful contact centres, spoke to someone by the name of Sheldon who refused to take my details to contact me saying all I need to do is ask for him after being transferred to another department. Well 36 minutes later and no success. Ive lost all faith in FNB as a client forr over 20 years, this is disgusting and unethical. Why should we as consumers suffer injustice for system issues. And No-one is willing to take the time to assist. I am really past boiling point. I want the transactions reversed.
