Transactions on my bank account

Absa sent me an sms to contact them urgently as suspected was evident in my account. I phoned absa and spoke to dept and logged a dispute. They blocked my account and advised me to go into the bank to check how much has been removed from my account. I went into the bluff branch and dealt with a consultant who only issued me with a new card and bank statement for 3 months. The consultant was unable to advise how much wa removed. He said i must contact the dept. I collected a new card at 11:45 on saturday. At around 5pm stop orders went of my acoount, theses have not been authorised by myself. I called the dept they advised me to go into the bank, the only branch opened after 5 in south africa is or tambo. They said they will not be able to assist in stopping any transactions on my account. I called or tambo spoke to the manager who said she is unable to stop any orders on the account. On sunday night I got another 4 stop orders went off my account. Leaving me from 8500 to 82. I went into absa umhlangha, as the dept advised me to go into the bank to have the money reversed. Umhlangha enquiries was really unhelpful and had no positive feedback for me.
