Disgusting Unethical Service!

On the 16 August 2013 Cell C debited my account 5 times!!! I contacted my bank and had 4 of the 5 transactions reversed... I then get charged over R200 in bank charges for something that was not my mistake to begin with... Then I contacted Cell C to find out why they would debit my account 5 times instead of once and they could not tell me why... According to their system my account was only debited once... I then requested that the debit order is cancelled and that I will pay this account via bank deposit into their account... The lady refused and stated that it is mandatory to have a debit order!!! WHY??? So my money can get monthly??? Because of this incompetence I had to take half the day of work today 19 August 2013 costing me income as I work on commission only! Then they still have the cheek to message me and tell me that I will be charged R70 for the returned debit order!!! Excuse me??? You billed me 5 times, cost me R240 in banking fees and still want to bill me R70 due to your unethical incompetence??? I am appalled by this and will surely not remain a cell c client when my contract is up next year!!!
